I stayed at Nomade Auberge together with a friend and his girlfriend, and while the location is great for kitesurfing, the overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing. We had booked two bungalows – one for the couple and one for me as a solo traveler – but when we arrived, we were told the camp was overbooked. As a result, we were taken to another camp and had to share a room as three people for the first three nights. Only after that did we finally get the bungalows we had originally booked. Communication with the hotel was extremely poor. Phone calls were not answered, emails were vague and unhelpful, and we received no information about airport transfer in advance. We were only picked up after asking around at the airport, and later charged 15 € per person per direction – without any prior agreement or price information. During our stay, I rented kite gear and experienced serious issues. Although I clearly asked for a full-day rental, I was charged two half-day rentals on two different days. This is particularly frustrating because the price structure clearly favors full-day rental (longer = cheaper), while half-day pricing is more expensive when booked multiple times. When I pointed this out, I was simply told: “That’s our hotel policy,” and that no discussion was possible. Additionally, the rental times are strictly limited. Gear is not available before 10:00 AM or after 7:00 PM, and during lunchtime, no equipment can be issued at all, meaning you're forced to take a break. This makes the idea of a "full-day rental" almost meaningless – you’re paying for a full day but are only allowed to kite within a restricted window. One extremely disturbing experience happened during a hotel-organized excursion. Two members of the hotel staff made openly anti-Semitic remarks, saying they hated Jews, declared themselves fans of Hitler, and even gave the Hitler salute. This was deeply shocking and made us feel very unsafe. It’s absolutely unacceptable and shows a severe lack of cultural awareness and respect. On top of all that, the bungalows had no mosquito nets, were not cleaned during the stay, had limited electricity (cut off in the middle of the night), and one of them even had a mouse. Hygiene was poor, and many of us had stomach issues throughout the stay. Wi-Fi is only available in the main area, not in the bungalows. This place has potential due to its location, but unless there is serious improvement in management, communication, cleanliness, and basic human decency, I would not recommend it to anyone. I wish I had read a review like this before booking.

The location is definitely a highlight – it's beautiful and close to the beach. However, several aspects of the stay were disappointing and need improvement: There was no way to reliably contact the hotel before arrival. Phone calls were not answered, and emails were either ignored or answered with vague and unhelpful information. Also important to know: the camp is clearly oriented toward French-speaking guests – almost all guests and staff spoke French, and English was rarely spoken. According to 訂房網站, only breakfast was included, but in reality, it’s a full board offer (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). However, all other snacks and drinks are sold at heavily inflated prices at the bar. Upon arrival, we had no idea if an airport transfer was available. Only by asking around at the airport did we finally get picked up by someone from the hotel. No price was ever discussed. In the end, we were charged 15 € per person per direction, without prior notice. Be aware: payment is only possible in Euro or Moroccan Dirham – but the exchange rate is arbitrarily set by the hotel, not based on the official rate. We were charged 11 MAD per 1 €, which resulted in about 50 € of unexpected extra charges. We had booked two bungalows for three people (a couple and a solo traveler). Upon arrival, we were told they were overbooked, and we couldn't stay there. Instead, we were taken to another camp and had to share a room with three people for the first three nights before we could move into our bungalows. The bungalows are very small and have electricity only for a few hours – power cuts off halfway through the night. Cleaning was not provided, so after a few days, everything was full of sand. One of our bungalows even had a mouse. Mosquitoes were a constant issue – there were no mosquito nets provided, although badly needed. Toilets were basic but acceptable, though hot water runs out quickly and is often unavailable on cloudy days. The food was okay, but as Europeans, we all had stomach issues during the stay – likely due to poor hygiene standards. The overall management felt unprofessional and poorly planned – it seemed more about squeezing out as much money as possible from guests rather than offering a quality experience. We came for kitesurfing. I rented gear and my friend took a beginner’s course. They had to bring in an external instructor, as no English-speaking instructor was available in the camp. The gear was usable but not in great condition – I had three instances where board straps broke or screws were missing. Only kites up to 12 m² are available, so if you weigh a bit more and the wind is low, kiting becomes very difficult. As expected, paying on the last day turned into a debate, with little willingness to understand or compromise. This review is detailed because I truly wish someone had posted this before I booked. The camp has potential due to its great location – but it needs serious improvements in communication, cleanliness, professionalism, and transparency. Note: Wi-Fi is only available in the main area, not in the bungalows.
